The wholesale minimum amount for both domestic and international order is £80 + VAT. Orders placed over £300 for mainland UK is free delivery.

All orders within the U.K. except from Northern Ireland are delivered for next day delivery service. Customer from Northern Ireland expect their orders within 2 working days. If you wish any delivery requirements please write us an email to: sales@londonscarves.com

COLLECT IN STORE

Where can I collect my order?

Collection is available in both of our London and Manchester stores. Please state during your check out when and where you like to collect your order. Collections are available on Monday to Friday between 11:00 and 17:00, Sunday between 11:00 and 14:00. Orders can be collected after one working day. Please expect slight delays during busy periods such as Christmas period. The minimum order total applies. Order paid via BACS (bank transfer) may take longer to process. IS PICKUP FROM STORE FREE?

Yes, in store pick up is free.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO BE ABLE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

Please bring your order number and your order confirmation which you have received on your email.

RETURNS

We quality check all our items before they leave our warehouse. Although if your order contains any damages or missing/incorrect items, please do not hesitate to contact us. Only damaged items can be returned within a 5 working days. We may ask before return to take photo evidence to ensure that the goods are damaged. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

MISSING ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the goods are missing, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Orders with free delivery will be charged postage fees. This will be deducted on your final bill. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@londonscarves.
